The within described real property is not encumbered by a credit line
mortgage.
***TOGETHER with and subject to an easement along the existing right
of way to erect or lay overground or underground utility lines
including LILCO, CATV, public water pipes, public sewer pipes, gas
lines and phone lines.
The owners of lots 1 , 2, 3 and 4 on the minor subdivision map of
John Simicich, Jr. and Catherine Simicich are to maintain the above
described right-of-way in reasonable condition so as to permit
vehicular access to all lots and to contribute to an annual main-
tenance fund for said upkeep with lot #2 being 30% of that
cost. The owner of each lot is responsible to the owners of the
remaining lots to contribute his proportionate share for right-of-
way maintenance.
