New York 11971, and LAURIE A. KUJAWSKI, residing at 26 Neva Terrace, Hayes,
Virginia 23072, as tenants in common

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Little Neck Road, 1844.74 feet
southerly along said easterly line from Eugene's Road, said point of beginning
being the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Dunhuber; from said
point of beginning running along said easterly line of Little Neck Road, North
00 05' 50" East, 126.98 feet; thence along land now or formerly of Zeneski,
two courses: (1) South 89' 54' 10" East, 150.0 feet; thence (2) South 0° 06'
00" West, 127.12 feet; thence along said land now or formerly of Zeneski and
along said land now or formerly of Dunhuber, North 89° 50' 50" West, 150.0 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record, if any, affecting said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated January 6, 1972, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on January 10, 1972 in Liber 7082, Page 561.
SUBJECT to the life use of the premises by the party of the first part, Helen
B. Andruski.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
