or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

said lots , when taken together, are more particularly bounded

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Harbor Lane,
distant 110.00 feet South, as measured along the Easterly side
of Harbor Lane, from Pierce Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 82° Ola 10" East, 125.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 7° 581 50" East , 75.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 820 Ola 10" West, 125.00 feet to the Easterly
side of Harbor Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said road, North 70 581 50" West, 75.00 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantors
by deed dated January 26, 1966 and recorded on February 3, 1966
in Liber 5906 cp 118.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
DIST, roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
