Site Plans:
Project name: Harbes Family Winery SCTM#: 100-120-1-4& 1000-112.-1-7.1
Location: The northwest corner of Sound Avenue and Hallock Avenue in Mattituck
Description: This site plan is for the addition of retail winery and wine production
facilities to an existing farm stand on 15.61 acres in the A-C Zone.
Status: Town Engineer to comment on access to and from Hallock Ln.
Action: Review Engineer Comments.

Project name: Romanelli Realty - Cutchogue SCTM#: 1000-97-3-3.1
Location: 36,660 Main Road in Cutchogue (approximately 469’ w of Skunk Lane)
Description: This site plan is for the new construction of three (3) buildings that total
10,740 sq.ft.. Building 1 = 4,500 sq.ft., Building 2 = 2,640 sq.ft., Building
3 = 3,600 sq.ft. on a 63,338 sq. ft. parcel in the Limited Business (LB)
Zoning District.
Status: SEQR review (site plan application not yet complete or accepted)
Action: Review SEQR report from the consultant NPV.

Project name: Standard Subdivision for Chase SCTM#: 1000-143-3-33.2
Bank, Mattituck
Location: 120 feet east of Marlene Lane, south side of NYS Route 25, in Mattituck
Description: This proposal is to subdivide a 2.8 acre parcel into 2 lots where Lot 1
equals 49,262.82 sq. ft. in the B Zoning District and Lot 2 equals
63,480.41 sq. ft. in the R-40 Zoning District
Status: Preliminary Plat review
Action: Review submission and consider scheduling the applicants site plan
application on lot 1 for review.
