lying and being mxw at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, described as follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of the Main Road with the easterly side of Wickham Avenue;
thence North 20 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West along the easterly
side of Wickham Avenue, 178 . 98 feet to land now or formerly of DeFriest;
thence North 76 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds East along the last
mentioned land, 74 . 87 feet to land now or formerly of McCullough;
thence South 20 degrees 10 minutes 50 seconds East along the last
mentioned land, 181 . 53 feet to the northerly side of the Main Road;
thence South 78 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds West along the northerly
side of the Main Road, 74 . 67 feet tothe corner at the point or place
of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated 03/18/86 and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 03/27/86 in Liber 10005 Page 456 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
