MOLE, residing at Birchwood Health Care Center, Room 106, 4800 Bear Rd. , party of the second part, Liverpool , NY 13088 WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being WOat Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Harbor Lane, 750.25 feet southerly along said easterly line from the Main Road; from said point of beginning, running along land now or formerly of W. Tuthill North 75 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds East 252.20 feet to a point and other lands of Edna Koubek; thence along said other lands South 25 degrees 15 minutes East 103.35 feet to a point and lands of Raos; thence along said lands of Raos South 75 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds West 250 feet to a point on said easterly line of Harbor Lane; thence alogn said easterly line of Harbor Lane North25 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 89.21 feet to a monument; and thence North 33 degrees 43 minutes West 14.70 District feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. District RESERVING and EXCEPTING, nevertheless, to Edna Koubek, her heirs, successors, 1000 and assigns forever, the right to the use of a sixteen (16) feet wide strip of land along the length of the northerly line of the above described premises, for use as a means of ingress and egress from Harbor Lane to other land now owned Section by said Edna Koubek, located easterly of the above described premises.
