WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or

measured along the easterly side of Blossom Bend from the northerly end of a curve which curve
connects the easterly side of Blossom Bend with the northerly side of New Suffolk Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE North 7 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds east along the easterly side of Blossom
Bend, 67.30 feet;
THENCE Northerly along the easterly side of Blossom Bend along an arc of a curve bearing to the
right having a radius of 193.41 feet a distance of 135.02 feet;
THENCE South 42 degrees 16 minutes 16 seconds east, 193.41 feet;
THENCE South 82 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds east, 61.57 feet;
THENCE South 7 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds west, 67.30 feet;

premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
