ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State
of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 7 on a certain map
entitled, "Map of Syloret Estates" and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the' County of Suffolk on June 8 , 1976 as Map No. 6390 ,
said lot is more particularly bounded and described according to
said map as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bridge Lane,
distant 1 ,536 . 66 feet as measured in a northwesterly direction
from the extreme northwesterly end of an arc of a curve which
connects the northwesterly side of Middle Road (Cty Rt 27) with
the southwesterly side of Bridge Lane, said point also being
where the division line between Lots 7 and 8 intersects the
southwesterly side of Bridge Lane;
