2. Before answering the questions in Section C, the preparer of tl'fis form should review the exempt
minor action list, policies al~d explanations of each poli6y contained in the Town of Southold Local
Waterfi'ont Revitalization Program. A proposed action will be evaluated ~ to its sig~ificant
bc-aeficial and adverse effects upon the coastal area (wtfich~ludes all of Southold Town).
3. If any question in S~ction C on this form is ans~,vered "~'~, then the proposed action may affect the
acl~evement of the LWRP policy stand~r~ and conditions contained in the conslstency review law.
Thus, the action should be analyzed in more detail and, if necessary, modified prior to ~aking a
determination that it is consistent to the maximum extent practicable with the LWRP policy
standards ~nd conditions. If an action cannot be certified as consistent with the LWRP policy
standards and cott~t[ons, it .m~., all not be undertaken.
