The project site has been chosen to pass through a naturally-occurring sparsely vegetated area. During construction, the indigenous plants will be protected insofar as possible. The project is not located in a Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Habitat. All statutory and regulatory requirements, at all levels of government, will be strictly complied with. No dredging, excavating, or filling is proposed.
