Description: Site plan for the construction of a 23,490 sq. ft. self-storage bldg. on a
47,166 sq. ft. parcel in the Light Industrial Zoning District.
Status: site plan review

Location: South side of NYS Road 25, approximately 469’ west of Skunk Lane,
known as 36660 Main Road, in Cutchogue
Description: Site plan is for the construction of three (3) buildings that total 12,400 sq.
ft. of contractor’s, retail (shop) & warehouse storage use where Building
1 = 6,000 sq. ft., Building 2 = 2,800 sq. ft., Building 3 = 3,600 sq. ft. on a
63,338 sq. ft. parcel in the Limited Business (LB) Zoning District.
Status: Site Plan Application is incomplete.
Planning Board is Lead Agency and conducting SEQR for the ZBA.
Action: Review the SEQR Report from the consultant.

Status: Sketch Plan Review
Action: Review letter from applicant requesting a demolition permit for the
existing house and a building permit on one of the lots.
