distribution of the Estate of Katherine Heine, pursuant to paragraph THIRD of

BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Oregon Road and the westerly side of Elijahs Lane, running thence from said point of
beginning along the westerly side of Elijahs Lane, South 25027'50" East 1,548.25
feet to a monument; running thence South 64°19'20" West 389.17 feet; running thence
South 25°28'50" East 476.54 feet partly along land now or formerly of Deerkoski to
a monument; running thence still along land now or formerly of Deerkoski, South
64°55'20" West 337.40 feet to land now or formerly of Sidor; running thence along
said land now or formerly of Sidor the following three (3) courses and distances:
(1) North 26°53'10" West 246.94 feet to a monument; (2) South 73°20'40" West
285.71 feet to a monument; and (3) North 24005' 10" West 1,635.06 feet to a monument
on the southerly side of Oregon Road; running thence along the southerly side of

thence along said land of Gordon R. Heins the following three courses and distances:

Dist. March 4, 1974, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 8,

Sec. in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 8, 1974 in Liber 7617 page 246.
Ms. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,

the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or haspowet to convey or dispose of, whether individ-

the party of the second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
