BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated February 17 , 1953 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk' County on February 27 , 1953

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, it any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

The word "party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
