BEGINNING at the westerly end of the arc of a curve having a radius of
25.00 feet and a length of 37.33 feet connecting the westerly side of Reeve
Avenue with the northerly side of Harborview Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Harborview Avenue South 57
degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds West 187.51 feet;
THENCE North 27 degrees 40 minutes 50 seconds West 426.74 feet;
THENCE North 62 degrees 19 minutes 10 seconds East, 210.00 feet to the
easterly side of Reeve Avenue;
1 THENCE along the easterly side of Reeve Avenue South 27 degrees 40
minutes 50 seconds East 387.26 feet to the northerly end of the arc of a curve;
THENCE southerly and westerly along the arc of a curve bearing to the
right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance along said arc of 37.33 feet
to the northerly side of Harborview Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein
by Deed dated 1/13/94, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
