was in error. Mr. Fisher thought that
Special Exception Permits ran with the
"name of applicant" instead of with the
land. Per confirmation from Town Attorney
today, Special Exceptions and Variances
run "with the land."
Mr. Loria has property owner permission
to use the sign, which was give~ a
Special Exception years ago under
Appeal No. 905. Mr. Loria plans to
use the same sign, only to re-paint
and re-word it.
