Said plot of ground being Six (6) rods in width front and rear
and Sixteen (16) rods in depth.
BEING , and intended to be the same premises conveyed to
Stanley Dykovitz and grantor as tenants by the entirety herein, by
Wayland Brown and wife by deed dated January 6, 1930 and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 7, 1930 in Liber
1476 of Deeds at page 501.
