Gentlemen:
This is to certify that the following action was taken
by the Southold Town Planning Board at a regular meeting held

On motion of Mr. Grebe, seconded by Mr. unkelbach, it w, as
RESOLVED that in the matter of the application of F. Harol~
Sayre to lay out North Parish Drive Extension and Northfield Lane
at Bayview, Southold, New York, the Planning Board has reviewed
this case in light of our letter to the Town Board on December 6,
1961. The rules and regulations and the State Law allows us no
latitude in this mattera~d it would seem to us that the advantages
of a filed map both to Mr. Sayre and to the assessment rolls of
the Town of Southold are both obvious and considerable and in our
mind ovezweighted by the considerations, therefore we are unable
to recommend the acceptance of North Parish Drive Extension and
Northfield Lane to the Town of Southold until such time as a sub-
division map is filed.
No~th Parish Drive Extension and Northfield land are described
as follows:
North Parish Drive Extension. BEGINNING at the inter-
section of the northerly line of North Parish Drive as now laid
out with the easterly line of Dayton Road and running thence
