Trentacoste thence south 8 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east along the last mentioned land 185.00 feet; thence south 55 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds east still along the last mentioned land, 14.83 feet; thence south 29 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds west along the last mentioned land 188.83 feet to the ordinary high water line of Eugene's Creek; thence north 59 degrees 51 minutes 01 seconds west along a tie lit course, 122.56 feet to the easterly side of Little Neck Road; thence north 0 degr: 38 minutes 10 seconds west along the easterly side of Little Neck Road 340.57 feei to the corner aforesaid at the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER WITH an easement for ingress and egress over and upon said private road known as Strohson Road as it leads westerly in front of said premises to Little Neck Road. Said premises are commonly known and designated as 70 Strohson Road, in East Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part herein by Deed of Herbert Sanders and Patricia Minore, dated December 28, 1988, and recorded on January 3, 1989 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 10768, Page 537. TAX MAP DESIGNATION This is a conveyance between husband and wife; the purpose of this conveyance is to change the form of ownership from a tenancy by the entirety to a tenancy in corm Dist. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances Sec. 103. and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of BIL 10 the party of the second part forever.
