WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beinginAbLec at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the northerly line of Main Road
1790 .33 feet easterly as measured along said line from the easterly
line of Elijah ' s Lane, which concrete monument is set at the divisi
line of land of Conrad Bagenski and Frances Bagenski , and n/o/f
of Krespach;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along the
northerly line of Main Road: ( 1 ) South 810 521 20" West, 171 .30
feet to a point ; and ( 2 ) North 830 101 50" West, 271 .11 feet to
a point ;
RUNNING THENCE northwesterly on a curve to the right having a radiu
of 18 .86 feet a distance along said curve of 25.35 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE North 60 10 ' 50" West, 78 .98 feet to a concrete
monument;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Conrad S. Bagenski and Kathryn Bagens
North 630 23 ' 30" East , 374 .72 feet to a concrete monument and land
n/o/f of Krespach;
DISTRICT RUNNING THENCE along land n/o/f of Krespach: ( 1 ) South 260 361 30"
1000 East, 158 .07 feet; and (2) South 240 051 East, 142 .07 feet to a 1
concrete monument set in the northerly line of Main Road and the
SECTION point or place of BEGINNING. Containing 84, 128 square feet . f
108 .00 RESERVING, however, to the grantors herein a life estate in the
BLOCK subject premises for the remainder of their natural lives.
03 .00 THIS IS a correction deed correcting the distance of 374.72 feet
contained in the fifth paragraph of the description.
LOT Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the

TOGETIiER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. , .
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word party shallgye construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires,
