North 60 degrees 49' 44" East, 90.38 feet; 2.) North 29 degrees 17' 16" East, 482.15 feet to the corner, the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed trade by Katherine Z. Pope, as referee, dated October 24, 1993, and record— ed in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on November 5, 1993 at Liber 11650 page 814.
