BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part
herein by deed from Florence M. Pempel, as administrator of the Estate of Catherine F. Drugon, dated September
24, 1986, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 1986, in Liber 10136 Page 443.
Dist. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
