THENCE RUNNING along said Southerly line of Naugles Drive in a general Easterly

to a point;
THENCE continuing on a curve to said Southerly line of Naugles Drive to the right
having a radius of 100 feet, a distance of 161.33 feet to a point;
THENCE still continuing along the Westerly line of Naugles Drive South 16 degrees
14 minutes 1.0 seconds East a distance of 4.42 feet to a concrete monument and
which monument is distant measured along the Westerly line of said Naugles Drive
91.36 feet from the Southeasterly corner of the premises heretofore conveyed by
Stanley I. Naugles to Ernest A. Willett and Genevieve C. Willett, his wife and
Stanley J. Waloski and Josephine A. Waloski, his wife, by Deed dated July 2, 1949
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in liber 2968 of deed at page
149 on July 8, 1949;
THENCE RUNNING in a general Westerly direction South 71 degrees 19 minutes 50
seconds North a 'distance of 111.68 feet to the Easterly line of said land of
Carl G. Davidson;
THENCE RUNNING in a general Northerly direction along the Easterly line of said
land of Carl G. Davidson North 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West a distance
of 108. 72 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of,
in and to said Naugles Drive lying in front of and adjacent to said premises
and to the center line thereof.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second pan forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the pay-
ment of the cost of the improvement before using any par of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
