WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying andbeingAmlio at Fleets Neck, Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk
County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of West Road at the
intersection of the westerly side of Holden Avenue; running thence
in a westerly direction along the northerly side of West Road 70 feet
to a monument and land now or formerly of Estelle K. Comes; running
thence in a northerly direction along said land now or formerly of
Comes 190 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Albert
Brengel; running thence in an easterly direction along said land
now or formerly of Brengel 70 feet to a monument on the westerly
side of Holden Avenue; running thence in a southerly direction along
the westerly side of Holden Avenue 190 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to Holden Avenue and West Road, adjoining
said premises, to the center lines thereof.

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
