encroachments, conditions, restrictions, and agreements affecting

TOGETHER WITH all and singular the improvements, ways,

privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever hereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversions and
remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand
whatsoever of the said Grantor in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of and to the same and every part thereof.

lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Mattituck and County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north side Of Westphalia Road which point is distant 95.55 feet
easterly .from the intersection of the northerly side of Westphalia Road with the easterly side of
