NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED that the President of the Board of Education, Judi Fouchet, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the deed of conveyance of the aforedescribed premises to First Settlers, Ltd., pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid contract of sale between the School District and First Settlers, Ltd., together with such other and further documents as may be necessary to consummate this transaction; and be it further RESOLVED that District Administration be and hereby are authorized to take such other steps as may be necessary to consummate the aforesaid transaction.
