JOHN WEISBROD, trustee of the LINDA WEISBROD TRUST dated December Z7 2007, c/o Nancy J. Gibbs,
Esq., Goodman Breen & Gibbs, 3838 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 300, Naples~-~lorida 34103, party of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of - NONE - dollars paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever, twenty (20%) of all of her right title and interest in her fifty
(50%) interest (10% of the entire) of the following premises:
ALL that certain plot, piece or pamel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and
designated as Plot No. 48, on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Orient-By-the-Sea, Section Two, situate at Orient
Point, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, owned and developed by Woodhollow Properties, Inc., #3
Glen Lane, Glenwood Landing, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport,
New York" and filed in the Office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 26, 1961, as Map No. 3444,
ABS No. 3840.
TOGETHER with a right of way over Soundview Road, Three Waters Lane and over proposed highways to
and from Main Road.
BEING the same premises as conveyed to the grantors herein by deed dated September 23, 1993 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on October 12, 1993 in Liber 11647 Page 717. Said premises
being known as 435 Soundview Road, Orient, New York 11957.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
)romises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section ;13 of the Lien'Law; coveriants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any &ther
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
