11/30/1964 as Map ,4210, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Fleet's Neck Road and the northwesterly side
of Midwood Roads;
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of Midwood Road South 50003'20" West 152.47 feet to the division line
between Lot 15 and Lot 18 as shown on the aforementioned map;
THENCE along said division line North 50°16'30" West 131.82 feet, actual (130.00 feet Map), to the division line between
Lot 15 and Lot 16;
THENCE along said division line North 39°43'30" East 150.00 feet to the southerly side of Fleet's Neck Road;
THENCE along said road South 50°16'30" East 159.16 feet, actual (157.34 feet Map) to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING & INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by deed dated 03/19/2008, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 03/31/2008 in Liber D00012545/pa~e 877.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
