Iavarone; THENCE RUNNING South 260 13 ' 20" East along land formerly of said
Griswold and now of Iavarone, and through a monument 322 feet to ordinary
high water mark of Peconic Bay; THENCE westerly and southwesterly along the
general highwater mark of Peconic Bay, 232 feet, more or less, to land
formerly of George H. Fleet, now of Trentalange; RUNNING THENCE North 260
13 ' 20" West along land formerly of George H. Fleet, now of Trentalange,
and through a monument 420 feet to a monument in the southerly side of West
Road; THENCE North 650 22 ' 4011 East along the southerly side of West Road,
200 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank n/k/a North Fork
Bank, dated January 27 , 1986, in the amount of $100, 000. 00 and recorded in
the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on February 5, 1986, in Liber 11372 of
mortgages, page 30; and on which mortgage there is now due and owing the
principal sum of $87, 650 .50 and interest.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by deed dated
February 14, 1992, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on
March 9, 1992, in Liber 11430, page 383 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
