BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated 10/26/87 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office

TOGETHER with the rights with others across and over a 25 foot right of way
as shown on the above survey to and from Sound Avenue for the purposes of ingress

cost of the party of the second part.
