Pike; RUNNING THENCE in a Southerly direction along the said Westerly line of lands now or formerly of Pike Oboe" on a course which is parallel to the Easterly line of lands now or formerly of William P. Long and is 100 feet distant there from a distance of 225 feet to the Northerly line of lands now or formerly of Pike; RUNNING THENCE in a Westerly direction along the said Northerly line of Pike, Sough 74 degrees 22 minutes 00 seconds West 100.00 feet to the Easterly line of said lands now or formerly of William P. Long; RUNNING THENCE in a Northerly direction along the Easterly line of said lands now or formerly of William F. Long, 225 feet to the Northerly line of Pike Street and the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed in Liber 11617 cp 412, recorded February 8, 1993.
