Re: Inquiry Letter for Subdivision
Dear Mr. Ward,
On behalf of my parents, I am inquiring about the possibility of subdividing the property located at
2070 Rocky Point Road, East Marion, tax map #21.-4-1 (referenced on the tax receipt). I have
sketched a possible survey which I believe divides the property equally. The property is an oversized
lot with respect to the lots along Rocky Point Road. I believe the two proposed lots are consistent
with the overall area.
Please review my attached sketch and let me know your comments and recommendations. Also
please let me know what steps are needed to continue the process and any forms I will need to
submit.
