3230 , being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Deerfoot Path
distant 456 . 42 feet northerly as measured along same from the
intersection of the northerly side of Moose Trail with the westerly
side of Deerfoot Path; running thence South 620 09 ' 00" West 155. 07
feet to the division line between Lots 12 and 13 and 18 , on said map;
running thence along said division line North 13° 09 ' 40" West 159 . 32
feet to the division line between Lots 17 and 18; running thence along
said division line North 76° 50 ' 20" East 150. 00 feet to the westerly
side of Deerfoot Path; running thence along the westerly side of
Deerfoot Path South 13° 09 ' 40" East 120 . 00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by deed dated
December 17 , 1987 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
on December 30 , 1987 in Liber 10505 Page 33 .
