WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk

particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Harvest lane
where the division line between Lots Al and 42 on the aforesaid
map intersects same; said point also being a tie distance of 483 .00
feet westerly from the extreme westerly end of an arc of a curve
which connects the westerly side of Farmveu Road with the southerly
side of Harvest Lane;
RUNNING--THENCE along the division line between Lots 41 and 42 ,
South 19 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East , 320 .07 feet to land
now. or formerly of Kujaws'ci ;
THENCE South 70 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West , along said
land ok3formerly of Kujawski , 125 .00 feet to the division line
between Lots 42 and 43 on the aforesaid map;
THENCE along said last mentioned division line, North 19 degree:
40 minutes 30 seconds West, 320 . 13 feet to the southerly side of
Harvest Lane ;
THENCE along the southerly side of Harvest Lane, North 70
degrees 19 minutes 30 s-7oods East , 125 .00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING .
Being and intended to 1,c. the same premises as conveyed by deed from
Farmveu Associates , dated November 26 , 1996 , recorded December 9,
1996 ifn Liber 11805 of conveyances at page 195 .
This conveyance has been made with the unanimous consent , in writing,

roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances

the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND file party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" Shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
