of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Anglers Road, 367.42 feet northerly from its
intersection with the northerly side of Manhasset Avenue; said point also being where the division line
between premises herein and land now or formerly of Mary Martha McCabe intersects the easterly line of
Anglers Road;
RUNNING THENCE North 05 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds West along the easterly side of
