ORDER LAYING OUT HIGHWAY WITH THE .CONSENT OF THE'-----'~OWN ORAL APPLICATION having been duly made to me '~heT~ewn Superintendent of Highways for the Town of Southold~ Suffolk CoUnty~ New York, for the la~ing out of a certain Town Highway in the said Town of outhold by GEORGE H. DEDICATION AND RELEASE WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and S~ate of New York, for the laying out of a certain i~wn highway to Be known es ~ BAYEIEW AVENUE, AND ~ WHEREAS, GEORGE H. KAELIN~ of Southold, Town of S0uthold, Suffolk County, New York, is.the o~mer of the premises i!~o be dedicated as hereinafter provided, and is the only person, !firm or corporation having any interest in the lands through ~ich the highway is proposed to be opened. NOW, THEREFORE, the said GEORGE H. KAELIN, in con- ~ide~ation of the sum of ONE ($1.O0) DOLLAR, to him in hand paid, ~YHAROLD PRICE, Town Superintendent of Highways of the Town of S0uthold, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and in further ~nsideration of the laying oMt of a new highway at Arshamomoque, the Town of Oouthold, Suffolk County, New York, to be known as BAYVIEWAVENUE ~DOES HEREBY DEDICATE, RELEASE AND CONVEY TO THE SAID TOWN OF S0U~HOLD, for highway pmrposes, th~ following lands, t~t:- "BA'YVIEW AVENUE ALL that tract or parcel of land~ situate, lying and being at Arshamomoque, in the Town of ~outhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York~ bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the northwesterly line of Colony Road and the xouthwesterly line of Bayview Avenue, as it now exists, and running thence North ~6° 41' 30" We~t 670.82 feet along other land of George H. Kaelin to a point, running thence South 62u ~5' 00" West 83.71 feet along other land of George H.
