As you may be aware, the original will have to be filed with the Suffolk County Clerk. We would be willing to make the arrangements necessary to have the documents filed, but would expect you to ipay for whatever filling fees are required. I would expect the fee would run from $75.00 to $100.00. I will not forward the documents to the County Clerk for recording until I have heard from you, in writing, on this matter. JACOBS, Superintendent of Highway of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, hereby certifies: That portion of highway located in said Town of Southold known as New Suffolk Avenue, described below, and extending from the northerly line of New Suffolk Avenue has not been traveled or used as a highway for six and more years prior to the date of this Certificate and said highway is hereby declared abandoned pursuant to Section 205 of t,~e Highway Law as a highway and a public right-of-way.
