With respect to the above captioned highway dedication, we enclose herewith
the following documents to be filed in your office.
J (1) Deed from Union Free School District No. 9 of the Town of Southold
to the Town of Southold dated October 4~ 1971 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 29, 1971 in Liber 7037 at page
73.
(2) Dedication and Release executed and acknowledged October 4, 1971
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 29, 1971
in Liber 7037 at page 34.

UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 9 OF THE TOWN OF SOUTHOLD,
SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK, being the owner of certain land at
Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
and included within which land is proposed highway known as
SCHOOL HOUSE LANE described in the application in the above
entitled matter dated October 4, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar to
UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 9 in hand paid by Raymond C. Dean,
Superintendent of Highways

of said Southold Town, and in further
of the new highway known as SCHOOL
HOUSE LANE does hereby release and dedicate to the Town of
Southold all of the land heretofore owned by UNION FREE SCHOOL
DISTRICT NO. 9 included within said proposed highway as follows:

easterly corner of Pike Street and the northeasterly
corner of Maple Avenue; running thence along the east-

trict No. 9, two courses and distances as follows:
(1) North 74° 22' 00" East, 290.12 feet; thence (2)

Attorney, I am enclosing the following in connection with the
above captioned matter:

Laying Out a Highway, and Deed to the Town of
Southoldo
Title Report of Security Title and Guaranty Company,
Title No. S-B84769.
Check to Security Title and Guaranty Company in the
sum of $134.10 to cover the following:
