BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of First Street distant 150.00 feet
southwesterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the northwesterly side of First Street
and the southwesterly side of Brady Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along the northwesterly side of First Street South 69 degrees 13
minutes 10 seconds West 91.64 feet;
THENCE North 19 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West 175.02 feet;
THENCE North 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds 89.07 feet;
THENCE South 20 degrees 46 minutes 50 seconds East 175.00 feet to the northwesterly
side of First Street and the point or place of BEGINNING.
