WrrNESSETK that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and bring etch at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, and being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Ole Jule Lane 297.39 feet ea erly along said
northerly side from Chjumel Lane, said point of beginning being the easterly cc reser of land now or
formerly of Therien; from said point of beginning running along said land now or formerly of
Thenen, North 30 degrees 12 minutes 50 seconds West 155 feet into a dredge canal, through said
canal, North 85 degrees 09 fninutes 40 seconds East 85 feet; thence through & 'd canal and along
land now or formerly of Julius Zebroski, South 36 degrees 23 minutes 30 seco rids East 155 feet to
said northerly side of Ole Jule Lane; thence along said northerly side of Ole Ju a Lane, South 80
degrees 35 minutes 40 seconds west 100 feet to the point or place of BEG G.
This deed is a CORRECTION DEED and is intended to add to the description of the parties of the
second part the date of the trust under agreement of Dorothy Fambach, which�date had been
inadvertently omitted from said prior deed dated September 2, 1997 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on December 2, 1997 at Liber 11865, page 523.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed in deed dated February 28, 1978 and
recorded April 5, 1978 in Liber 8409 page 259.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first ppuutt is aE to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHERthe appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the secw4 part, the heirs or and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.

enjoy preatiam; that the said premises are free from incumbrances, except as foresaid; that the
