along said division line South 52° 26' 20" west 140 feet to land now
or formerly of Domaleski; running thence along last mentioned land
North 37" 33' 40" west 270.05 feet to the southeasterly side of Glen
Court; running thence along the southeasterly side of Glen Court
North 600 35' 20" East 141.43 feet to the corner aforesaid at the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated October 3, 1989 and recorded in the
