THIS INDENTURE,made the 22nd day of October , nineteen hundred and ninety-seven

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs

of Suffolk on 7/25/60 as Map No. 3204, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set at the corner formed by the intersection of the south-
easterly side of Deer Drive with the southwesterly side of Cindy Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 44 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds East along the southwesterly
side of Cindy Lane 147.92 feet to a monument;
THENCE South 45 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 136.00 feet
to a monument;
THENCE North 44 degrees 54 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of 147.92 feet
to a monument set on the southeasterly side of Deer Drive;
THENCE North 45 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds East along the southeasterly side
of Deer Drive 136.00 feet to the monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated June 23, 1991 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on July 17, 1991 in Liber 11300, Page 573.
