BETWEEN WILLIAM DEWEY and MARY DEWEY, his wife, residing at

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration,of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, simare,

York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Strohson Road (Private Road) distant 156.51 feet as
mentioned along same from the easterly side of Little Neck road, said point also being the easterly
line of land now or formerly of Rowe;
RUNNING THENCE along said lands and lands now or formerly of Welcome North 00 degrees 38
minutes 10 seconds West 254.87 feet to lands now or formerly of Browning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land South 88 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East 150.00 feet to
lands now or formerly of Stepnoski;
RUNNING THENCE along lands South 00 degrees 38 minutes 10 seconds East 220.97 feet to the
northerly side of Strohson Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Strohson Road the following two (2) courses and
distances:
1. South 76 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West 140.26 feet;
2. North 73 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 13.95 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a Right-of-Way for the purpose of ingress and egress over Strohson Road to Little
Neck Road.
PREMISES are the same as those described in Liber 10333, cp 477.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the anter lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
second pan forever.
AND the parry of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenapts that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
