thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New York, known and designated as lot 12 on a certain map entitled "Map of
Farmveu Associates", said map filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on the 1st day of September 1989 as Map NO. 8808, said prmeises being more
particulary bounded and described as follows:
