Containing 10 acres. Being and intended to be a portion of Parcel II of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated March 7, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 29, 1966 in liber 6092 of deeds at Page 327. The aforesaid parcel was created by virtue of a resolution adopted by the Town of Southold Planning Board held on May 24, 1993. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Party of the First part by deed dated March 11 1994 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11668 of Deeds at Page 153. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Party of the First part by deed dated March 23, 1995 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11722 of Deeds at Page 295. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Party of the First part by deed dated October 3, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 11796 of Deeds at Page 963. Tax Map Designation TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and Dist. 1000 roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances Sec. 120.00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO Blk. 03.00 HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of (s) : 011.009 the party of the second part forever.
