BEGINNING at a point on the southeast corner of a private road which point is
fifty (50) feet south of Lot 1 and Tut's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along said private road North 63 degrees 40 minutes 40 seconds
East about 415 feet to a point and Lot No. 3 on Tut's Acres;
