part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever, her undivided interest in
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingthuxbrac at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,. New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Depot Lane and the southerly side
of property of Long Island Railroad; running thence along the westerly side
of Depot Lane, S. 38n 13' 30" East 180.0 feet to land of Irene Grohoski; running
thence along land of Irene Grohoski S. 51n 46' 30" West 187.0 feet to land formerly
of Luise Bayer; running thence along land formerly of Luise Bayer N. 380 13'
30" West 210.06 feet to land of Long Island Railroad; running thence along land
of Long Island Railroad N. 600 54' 30" East 189.4 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
This conveyance is made to confirm the prior agreement of Victoria E. Bugdin to
transfer her interest in the property to Albert Grohoski, and to release any
interest she may have acquired under the Last Will and Testament of Victoria E.
Bugdin, there being no change in the beneficial ownership in Albert Grohoski.

any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
