TOGETHER WITH an easement 25 feet in width as shown on a certain map
made by Roderick Van Tuyl dated 6/26/73 and last amended December 30, 1980
which map was tiled by the Planning Board of the Town of Southold under
date of April 7, 1981 which easement extends across other land now or
formerly of Gertrude Duchow as shown as lot no. 1 on subdivision map and
further together with an easement 15 feet in width from the northwest
corner of premises owned by Gertrude Duchow, to Indian Neck Lane. Subject
to the rights of others over a twenty five foot right of way running along
the westerly boundary of the above-described parcel.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated July, 30, 1991 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on August 6, 1991 in Liber 11310 Page 523 .
