BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first
part herein by deed dated 6/1/95. recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 6/13/95, in Liber
11728, Page 955.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted umo the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as atbresaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance wi~h Section 13 of ~he Lien Law, covenants that the
party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyaace and will hold the right to

Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and $tete of New York, being known and
designated as Lot Numbered 5 on a certain Map entitled, "Ma]or Subdivision
Map of Wild Oats at Peconic, Town of Southold, New York", filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on Mamh 9, 1993, as Map Number 933t,
said Lot being bounded and descdbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Indian Neck Lane where same is

THENCE along said division line, South 78 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds
