BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of the highway to Paradise Point at the northwesterly corner of
the premises herein described and the southwesterly corner of land of Ward formerly of Jenkins;
RUNNING THENCE along said land of Ward, South 67 degrees 56 minutes 40 seconds East, 643.75 feet,
more or less, to the ordinary highwater mark of Peconie Bay and passing through a granite monument at or
