RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Dorothy K. Verderese, South 21 degrees

THENCE along said land South 67 degrees 13 minutes West, 165.0 feet to land of now
or formerly of Joseph Brantuk;
THENCE North 21 degrees 26 minutes West, 320.0 feet to the southerly line of

of said West Bay Road, 177 feet, more or less, to a point of curve where the said
northerly line of said West Bay Road joins the westerly line of Lowland Road;
THENCE northeasterly on a curve to the left having a :radius of 86 feet along the line
of Lowland Road, 102.07 feet to a point, the chord of said curve being North 30
degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds East 96.18 feet along the westeilyline of Lowland Road
s said Lowland Road is shown on the map referred to 54.05 feet to a point where said
westerly line of Lowland Road is intersected by the southerly line of land now or
formerly of Walter C. Grabie, the chord of said last mentioned curve being 53.88 feet;
THENCE South 64 degrees 22 minutes 10 seconds West along said land now or formerly of
Walter C' Grabie 325 feet, more of less, to the line of ordinary high water mark of

3) North 10 degrees 09 minutes West, 238.79 feet to the southerly side of Sailor's
